    Module 1: Introduction to Agile Team Dynamics

      • Team Formation Game: Participants form teams and engage in an icebreaker activity that simulates an Agile environment, fostering initial bonding and understanding of Agile values. 
      • Role Identification Exercise: Each team identifies the roles within their group, discussing the unique contributions of the Scrum Master/Team Coach, Product Owner, and Development Members. 

    Module 2: Deep Dive into Team Structure and Roles

    • Objective: Thoroughly understand the specific functions and interdependencies of each Agile team role.
    • Activities:
      • Role Play Scenarios: Teams act out various scenarios to highlight the responsibilities and decision-making processes of different roles. 
      • Role Swap Competition: Teams compete in a timed challenge where members swap roles and attempt to handle tasks typically managed by other roles, promoting empathy and deeper understanding.


    Module 3: Mastering Agile Workflows at the Team Level

    • Objective: Examine the flow of Agile processes from ideation to retrospectives. 
    • Activities: 
      • Workflow Mapping Relay: Teams race to correctly arrange a series of task cards into an effective Agile workflow. 
      • Sprint Simulation Game: A simulated Sprint where teams must plan, execute, and deliver a miniature project using Agile practices.


    Module 4: Transitioning to Agile

    • Objective: Equip teams with strategies to transition from traditional to Agile methods.
    • Activities:
      • Obstacle Course: An interactive game where teams navigate through a series of 'traditional' vs. 'Agile' practices challenges. 
      • Transition Plan Hackathon: Teams develop and present a transition strategy for a hypothetical company, competing for the most seamless and innovative approach. 


    Module 5: Building High-Performing Agile Teams

    • Objective: Focus on cultivating leadership and collaborative skills to build high-performing teams. 
    • Activities: 
      • Team Building Bootcamp: Exercises focused on trust-building, effective communication, and conflict resolution. 
      • Performance Olympics: Teams engage in a series of collaborative tasks that challenge their efficiency, creativity, and agility. 


    Module 6: Enhancing Team Collaboration and Communication 

    • Objective: Develop strategies for effective communication and collaboration within Agile teams.

      • Change Management Escape Room: Teams solve puzzles that metaphorically represent barriers to change in an Agile transformation.

    Module 8: Sustaining Agile Practices and Continuous Improvement

    • Objective: Focus on sustaining and continuously improving Agile practices within teams. 
    • Activities: 
      • Continuous Improvement Workshop: Teams analyze their previous game performances and identify areas for improvement.
