Returns & Refunds Policy
Training Registrations
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations greater than 14 days from the start of the course and are subject to a $150 processing charge. For cancellations between 8 and 14 days from the start of the course, registrants may change to another course of equal or lesser value. For cancellations 7 days or less from the start of the course, no refunds will be issued or changes allowed.
Event Cancellation Policy
Agilest® reserves the right to postpone or cancel any event if there are insufficient registrations or if presenters are unable to attend due to illness. If necessary, you will be notified 7 days prior to the event and all registration payments will be transferred to the next available class or refunded promptly. If circumstances require, presenters may be substituted for alternative qualified presenters with equivalent experience.
Event Cancellation Policy – Travel
Please read the following: For those traveling, Agilest® does not reimburse for travel fees resulting from a class change or cancellation. Sometimes class dates are changed or canceled for various reasons that are out of our control including but not limited to the following reasons:
- Airline flight cancellations
- Natural disaster
- Instructor unavailability (sickness, family issues, termination)
- Location issues
- Insufficient class enrollment
- Other unforeseen issues
For the previously addressed reasons, we recommend that you confirm that a class is scheduled to run before making any travel arrangements and that you only book no fee changeable airfare and only book at hotels with rooms that can be canceled without charge.
