The SAFe® for Teams (SP) certification course is tailored for development team members, including coders, testers, DBAs, and architects, who aim to excel within an Agile Release Train (ART).

This comprehensive training equips participants with essential skills to plan and execute work, apply SAFe principles effectively, and continuously improve team performance.

Attendees will learn how to synchronize with other teams, deliver value consistently, and adapt to the dynamic demands of a scaled agile environment. By the course's end, participants will be well-prepared to tackle the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam and contribute meaningfully to their organization's agile transformation journey.

  • Roles and Responsibilities: Learn the specific roles and responsibilities within an Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Agile Team Dynamics: Develop effective team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Iteration Planning: Master the process of planning iterations and managing work within sprints.
  • Program Increment (PI) Execution: Understand how to execute and deliver value during Program Increments.
