The AAIP™ (Adaptive-Agile™ Integrated Professional™) training from Agilest® is comprehensive training designed to give all agile practitioners the foundation they need to be effective in an agile role including Scrum Masters, Agile Managers, Developers, Testers, DevOps Engineers, and everyone else in IT involved with agile project work. Attending the class prepares you to take the exam and become an Agilest® certified AAIP™ - Adaptive Agile Integrated Professional. Participants of this training also will be prepared to take the PMI-ACP® exam if they meet the prerequisites.
Certification & Exam
Agilest® Adaptive Agile Integrated Professional (AAIP™) Certification
The prerequisite for attending the AAIP exam is: 24 hours of training provided in this training program.
The exam can be taken after completion of 8 hours of online training and 16 hours of classroom training
If the class is completed entirely online, you need to complete all of the 24 hours of training online.
The prerequisite for the PMI-ACP exam is attending this 24 hour class either online or in a classroom (8 of the 24 hours are attended online). You must also have 2000 hours of general project experience as well as 1500 hours of Agile project experience. If you don’t have the total number of hours to qualify for the PMI-ACP exam, you can first take the AAIP™ certification exam, and then take the PMI-ACP test when you have enough hours. The entire class is available online and can be attended again as a refresher before taking the PMI-ACP exam when you have the qualifying hours.
INTENDED AUDIENCE
While this training is not for everyone, it is well suited for professionals who already have a scrum master, product owner, or other fundamentals certification and are ready to move up to the next level in their career.
This course is a requirement for those seeking certification as a certified AAIP™ (Adaptive Agile Integrated Professional).
This course is also preparation for the PMI-ACP examination. You do need to have the required number of development hours in an agile environment to be accepted to take the PMI-ACP exam. But in the meantime, if you don’t have the 3500 hours required by PMI to take the ACP exam, the intermediate-advanced level AAIP™ exam is available immediately at the end of the training.
